To be valid, your notice must include:

5. How ModelVerse Responds

Upon receiving a valid notice, ModelVerse will:

  • Acknowledge receipt via email;

  • Allow a counter-notice process if applicable.

6. What Happens When Content Is Removed

If content is removed:

  • It will remain offline during review;

  • If no counter-notice is filed within 10–14 business days, it will be permanently removed;

  • If a valid counter-notice is received, we may restore the content unless legal action is initiated.

7. Submitting a Counter-Notification

If you believe content was wrongly removed, submit a Counter-Notification including:

  • Your name and contact information;

  • Identification of the removed material;

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was due to mistake or misidentification;

  • Consent to jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal Court;

  • Your electronic signature.

8. Repeat Infringer Policy

ModelVerse enforces a zero-tolerance policy for repeat infringers.
Repeated violations may result in suspension, termination, or restriction of account access.

9. Misuse of the DMCA Process

Submitting false or fraudulent DMCA notices can result in legal consequences under 17 U.S.C. §512(f).
ModelVerse may suspend or ban any user who abuses the DMCA process.

10. Third-Party Intellectual Property Rights

ModelVerse also protects trademark, design, and patent rights.
