This policy applies to all purchases made directly through ModelVerse’s official store.
All return or refund requests must be submitted to service@ModelVerse.com.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:

  • Be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging (including all parts, manuals, and accessories).

  • Be in resalable condition, free from damage, glue residue, or missing components.

  • Include proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).

Items NOT eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or hand-painted wooden models.

  • Items damaged by improper assembly, modification, or handling.

  • Clearance or “final sale” products.

  • Digital or downloadable products.


3. Return Process

Step 1: Contact us at service@ModelVerse.com within 30 days of delivery.
Include your order number, photos (if damaged or defective), and a brief explanation.

Step 2: Once approved, carefully pack your item in its original or protective packaging.
Use a trackable shipping service — customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Step 3: After inspection, we will issue your refund or replacement within 3–5 business days.


4. Refund Options

  • Full Refund: Returned in original, unused condition.

  • Replacement: A new product will be shipped (subject to availability).

  • Partial Refund: Issued if minor parts are missing or damage is repairable.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective wooden model, contact us immediately with photos or videos.
Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement at no cost, or

  • A full/partial refund, depending on your preference.


6. Wrong Item Received

If the wrong product arrives, please contact us right away.
Do not assemble or use the incorrect item — only unused items are eligible for exchange.

If unavailable, you can request a refund or store credit.


10. Handmade & Custom Products

Custom-made or limited-edition items are non-returnable except for defects or wrong delivery.


11. Order Cancellations

Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible; please initiate a return after receipt.

We are not liable for lost or damaged parcels due to insufficient packaging.
